  • Before Towing: Place in TOW position to disable motor braking functions.
  • Battery Cables: Place in TOW position to turn off power and prevent arcing.
  • Long-Term Storage: Place in TOW position to prevent battery discharge.

Battery Maintenance

  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes; flush with water if contact occurs.
  • Keep flames and metal objects away.
  • Charge in a well-ventilated area.

  • Tighten vent caps.
  • Clean with a baking soda and water solution if needed.
